Our After Sales Service

Under warranty or out of warranty (breakage and misuse of equipment are not covered in the warranty), Bipol has a repair service for all your products. We make every effort to respond to your request as soon as possible, count 24 to 48 hours to get a complete response from us.


Our products are all guaranteed from 1 to 2 years. In case of breakdown, defect of construction or breakage, we offer a repair service on estimate for free. The products will have to be returned to us in their entirety in order to be able to establish a restoring estimate. Shipping and return are your responsibility. Do not hesitate to contact us for a return number.

Repair time

Depending on the damage and the repair to be carried out, expect 2 to 4 weeks of delay.

Repair cost

The repair cost is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the damage and the work invested. However, our system of interchangeable videoscope probes guarantees a significantly lower price than a complete repair of the device.
However, if for technical or economic reasons the defective product is deemed irreparable, a standard exchange of the material will be offered to you.


We guarantee a restoration of the initial operating parameters at each repair. A quality check at the end of the service will be carried out to guarantee the conformity of the intervention.
